The membrane is welded to the upper part. The membrane, upper and lower part are welded. Insulating pipes of RDM types are integrated directly into the production line. This provides the best conditions for trouble-free production. The TDM type insulating rod is suitable for tenacious, contaminated measuring materials, especially at high pressures and temperatures, as well as for measuring substances that harden during cooling.

Cooling elements, capillaries, flushing rings for flanged and "pancake" membrane separators. Flushing rings for flanged pressure separators can be installed between the process connection and the pressure separator if there are concerns that the measured medium will accumulate at the installation site of the separator and there is a risk of clogging the connection. It is recommended to use cooling elements in order to remove the measuring device from the pressure measurement site when the temperature of the measured medium is above +100 °C, but below +250 °C. With the help of capillary wiring on the diaphragm pressure divider, the measuring device can be removed from the pressure measurement site to protect it from exposure to high temperature, as well as if its installation at the measurement site is inconvenient.
